Lviv Full-time Posted 12d ago

Sine Engineering builds the technology behind reliable drone autonomy — communications, navigation, and control that keep multi-drones coordinated at once. Over 200 UAV manufacturers rely on our systems, and our technology powers most of the interceptor operations active today. Through a dual-use platform, we support civilian innovation while helping democratic nations strengthen their technological edge.

Any drone, any scale, anywhere — resilient communication, navigation, and coordination built for the age of autonomy. Our products have already proven themselves in real combat conditions in Ukraine.

We are looking for a talented RF Engineer to participate in the development, testing, and evaluation of RF devices and systems. The position involves working with high-frequency measuring equipment, preparing test benches, analyzing measurement results and creating technical documentation.

Location: Lviv (on-site)

  • Schematic design of RF and mixed-signal electronic devices.

  • PCB layout design for high-frequency and mixed-signal systems.

  • Verification of designs through SPICE simulation, testing, and lab measurements.

  • Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation: schematics, BOMs, production files, and test reports.

  • Preparation and configuration of test benches for RF measurements.

  • Measurements of characteristics and parameters of radio frequency devices, modules and assemblies.

  • Initial processing of results, analysis of the data obtained, preparation of technical reports.

  • Cooperation with the development team to validate design and circuit solutions.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education in the field of radio engineering, radio electronics or related areas.

  • Basic knowledge of high-frequency circuitry, analog and digital communication systems, signal processing methods.

  • Experience with RF measuring equipment: vector analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators.

  • Skills in working with precision soldering equipment, including soldering SMD components (sizes 0402, 0201).

  • Proficiency in engineering CAD: KiCAD, Altium Designer.

  • Attention to detail, responsibility in work.

  • Knowledge of English at a level sufficient for reading and compiling technical documentation.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of antenna theory, experience in measuring their characteristics.

  • Experience with automated measurement systems (e.g., using Python/Matlab to collect and process data).

What we offer:

  • Flexible working hours, 24 days of paid annual leave, and unlimited sick leave.

  • Health insurance (broad coverage), sports activities.

  • Learning support: external/internal training, English courses, and covered AI tools & software licenses.
